Manac Trailers. For over 40 years Manac has been producing quality trailers for whatever the road and whatever the purpose, right here in Canada.
Manac Agricultural:
Dump trailers (grain haulers):
Manac Dumping agricultural trailers use plug welds on their coupling plates for a better connection. They also feature mounts on the outside of the frame for better stability.
Grain Hoppers:
Manac’s Grain hauling trailers feature a ladder and catwalk on the front for better inspection. They also have 44 and 33 degree angle floors for easy unloading.
Manac Construction:
Dump Trailers:
The Manac series of Construction dump trailer share many of the features to the agricultural dump trailers. These dump trailers have a pyramid shaped doghouse to low friction.
Bathetub-style end dump trailers:
These trailers are built with a vertical pull plate which prevents buildup of debris. Manac has also incorporated the wheel fenders into the trailer wall to reduce maintenance.
Low bed:
Manac’s lowbed trailers have adjustable goosenecks and high strength steel outriggers. The rear bumpers on these trailers are fully equipped and don’t need after-market changes.
Light weight Bottom dumps:
Manac builds its bottom dumping trailer with Adjustable slide locks for 6 preset openings, and 70 thousand psi rated tubing for a stronger trailer.
Manac Forestry:
Forestry Low bed:
Manac makes their forestry lowbed with similar design enhancement as their other low bed trailers, but they are tweaked to service the forestry industries better. Features like dropsides to increase load size and large fenders to protect the cargo from loose stones and road debris.
Logging trailers:
The logging trailers for Manac have front mounted connectors which are mounted on a plate for easy maintenance. They build the floor of these trailers right into the frame to improve strength and balance forces.
Wood chip Trailers:
The sub frames of these trailers are plug welded to make better contact with the frame. Manac integrates the top rear corners of their trailers to the header to increase durability.
Manac Recycling Trailers:
Bathtub Steel dump trailer for scrap steel:
The bodies of these trailers are made of AR 450 Hardox plate for increased durability. They have equipped these trailers with 2 speed landing gear to make coupling quicker.
Transfer Trailers:
The fronts of these trailers have a catwalk and ladder for added safety and integrated rear light for protection against bumps. Their uniformly made landing gear structure help distribute the load evenly.
Manac Highway Trailers:
Mechanical Low bed:
Manac make these trailers with different coupler height options to allow the use of different trucks to haul them. The Gooseneck has coupling guide and pins to make hook ons easy.
Dry Vans:
Manac make quality trailers that last and one way they do this is to put twenty-four inches of steel near the rear of their dry van floor to prevent the wood from rotting. They also made the front light corner caps replicable for easier maintenance.
Ultraplate Dry vans:
These trailers have 5 post fronts to increase stability and strength. The slide rails of these trailers are galvanized to prevent rust and increase reliability of the trailer.
Steel Bed Trailers:
The frame on these trailers is fully welded on both sides to make them tough and sturdy. They can be made to haul 60000 pounds and are ready haul for long maintenance intervals.
Aluminum flatbed trailers:
Manac has made these light weight and strong trailers with bolted and overlapped joints to allow for thermal expansion. The heavy duty extruded corners have moose rubber pads for rear impact resistance.
Combo Flat beds:
Manac’s Combo flat beds are shot blasted and painted for long term protection. They are made with “X” bracing to distribute the load evenly and improve stability.
Extendable flatbeds:
The extendable Flatbed trailers from Manac have steel rollers on bearings to have smooth extensions for you to be able to haul varied loads lengths. The air and electrical lines are coiled and mounted on a cable to make length changes simple.
