SANDBLASTING & PAINTING

With two full sized paint booths, a sandblast bay, and fully self sufficient paint mixing kitchen we can tackle any restoration.

CUSTOM FABRICATING

Our 50 ton brake capable of bending ¾” thick steel, our CNC plasma capable of cutting 1 ¼” thick steel, and our 10 ft. shear are ready to take on any fabricating project.

WHEELBASE CHANGES

We have the software and experience to shorten or lengthen your wheelbase to meet your vocational truck requirements.

LIFT-AXLE CALIBRATIONS

With in-house scales we can install, repair, and recalibrate your lift axle to equalize your load and be SPIF compliant.

Wiltsie Flat Decks are built to stand up to any punishment they receive and have carrying capacities that exceed the capacity of any truck they are mounted on. Our flat decks are customizable and built completely on site to suite your requirements. GRAIN BODIES

Wiltsie Grain bodies are custom built to fit your chassis and meet all of your farming demands. Wide trapezoid longsill with a rub rail formed into our floor offer more strength than the conventional design with crossmembers. Our crossmemberless unit offers a light weight design with no floor dishing or extra areas for corrosion to start. Shedders on all inside posts allow for easy cleanout when dumping product. ROOFING & JUNK REMOVAL BODIES

Roofing/Junk Removal bodies are built to order to your required height and length. Rear doors, tarp systems, and material are all customizable. We can design with you the toughest and the most dependable body that will stand up to everything you and your workforce can throw at it.

CYLINDER BODIES

Cylinder Bodies can be built to length and bay sizes can be altered to maximize load securement options. Bays are constructed with 1.5” x 3” tubing with multiple tie off points to adapt to changing load sizes with multiple pickup/drop off points. Cylinder Bodies come complete with a fixed tarp system, placards, body mounted fire extinguisher, propane signage (if required), and liftgate for safe handling.

SERVICE BODIES

Wiltsie Truck Bodies is a distributor and installer for a comprehensive product line of service bodies, chipper bodies, line bodies, and crane bodies. These bodies are available with a wide array of options and configurations to meet the demanding and unique requirements of any trade. Wiltsie service bodies can be designed for the mounting of cranes, generators, compressors, welders, mechanics tools, inverters, and all other equipment.

LADDER RACKS & TOOLBOXES

Ladder Racks & Toolboxes are custom built in house to spec in steel or aluminum. Toolboxes can be fabricated any size to be installed as undermount, deck mounted, or a crossbox. Ladder Racks are also custom built to be mounted on pickup boxes, flatbeds, service bodies, or toppers.
